Our Process
From first call to final delivery.
A clear, collaborative production process for building vertical video series that fit your brand, audience, and publishing schedule.
Typical timelines vary by scope, locations, approvals, and the number of videos in each series.

Step by Step
A practical path from idea to publish-ready content
- 01
Discovery call
We start with your goals, audience, offers, brand voice, existing channels, and internal workflow. We also discuss production needs, decision-makers, and how often you want to publish.
Typical timing: 30–45 minutes.
- 02
Strategy and series direction
We shape repeatable content pillars and vertical series concepts rather than treating every post as a separate idea. You receive a focused direction covering formats, topics, tone, and calls to action.
Typical timing: 3–5 business days.
- 03
Pre-production
Once the direction is approved, we prepare the shot list, prompts or scripts, production schedule, locations, and practical requirements. This keeps shoot day efficient while leaving room for natural moments.
Typical timing: 3–7 business days.
- 04
Production day
We capture vertical-first footage with framing, pacing, and platform use in mind. Depending on the project, a session may include demonstrations, interviews, product details, behind-the-scenes footage, or multiple episodes.
Typical timing: one half-day or full day.
- 05
Editing and review
We assemble the strongest takes, refine pacing, add captions, and apply agreed brand elements. A review link is provided for consolidated feedback, followed by the revision round defined in your proposal.
Typical first cut: 5–10 business days after filming.
- 06
Final delivery
Approved videos are exported in vertical format and organized for straightforward publishing. Monthly Reels Retainers continue this cycle with recurring planning, filming, editing, and delivery windows.
Delivery timing: usually 1–3 business days after final approval.
