Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Motion Loom Video Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the brand Motion Loom Video, respects your privacy and provides this page to explain how you can request deletion of personal information associated with our services, website, or Facebook/Meta integration. These instructions apply to information controlled by Motion Loom Video Inc. through https://motionloom.site.
Your Right to Deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you. California residents may exercise deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other applicable jurisdictions may request erasure under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar privacy laws.
We will not discriminate against you for submitting a valid privacy request. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
What We Delete
After verifying an eligible request, we will delete or permanently de-identify personal information within our control that is associated with you. This may include your name, contact details, account identifiers, submitted project information, support communications, website inquiry data, and identifiers or profile information received through an authorized Facebook or Meta connection. We will also instruct applicable service providers to delete covered information when required by law and reasonably possible.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with law, complete an existing transaction, detect or prevent fraud or security incidents, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may also retain tax, accounting, payment, and business transaction records for the periods required by applicable law. Information maintained in secure backups may remain until those backups are overwritten under our ordinary retention cycle, but it will not be restored for routine business use.
How to Request Deletion
Email admin@motionloom.site with the subject line Data Deletion Request. To help us identify the relevant records, include:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your interactions or account.
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information.
- The service involved, such as our website, a project inquiry, or a Facebook/Meta integration.
- Your Facebook or Meta user ID, if available, and any other details that help us locate associated data.
- Your state or country of residence so we can apply the appropriate legal requirements.
Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, financial account details, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Data from Facebook/Meta
If you connected Motion Loom Video to Facebook or another Meta service, you can first remove the connection through your Facebook account. Open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, select Settings, then locate Apps and websites or the corresponding permissions area. Select Motion Loom Video and choose the option to remove the app or integration. Menu labels may vary by device and Meta product.
Removing the integration stops future access but may not automatically delete data previously shared with us. To request deletion of associated data from our systems, follow the email process above and identify the request as relating to Facebook or Meta.
Verification
We may verify your request by asking you to confirm control of the relevant email address or provide information that reasonably matches our records. We use verification information only to process the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct confirmation from the individual.
Timeline
We will confirm receipt of a deletion request within 7 days. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably necessary because of request complexity, verification issues, or legal obligations, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.
